Private Instruction

Private lessons are recommended and encouraged. Private lessons strengthen the student's understanding of technical and musical aspects that may not be covered in a classroom situation.

Private teachers refine the playing techniques of the instrument enabling the student to perform more comfortably and develop the individual's musicianship. Private teachers are able to meet the individual needs unlike a classroom setting. High-level performers take private instruction. Professional teachers are available in the community. If your child is interested, ask your teacher for a recommendation.
