LHS CHOIR
There are currently 200 students enrolled in choir for the 2011-2012 school year. These
students come from all different backgrounds and are involved in many different activities.
They come together for one goal and that goal is is to make beautiful music together.
Throughout the the first nine weeks they participate in many contests and festivals .
Last year, LHS had 44 students who made All Region Honor Choir and 11 students who made the All State Choir.
Singing Valentines, which takes place on February 14th, is one of the most anticipated projects for the students.
The varsity choir goes out in small groups and sings all over Lawton.
The students are invited to sing at many events around the community.
The Lawton High Choir is best known as the
"Choir Of Champions"
